SITE AND TIME

Site - Slavutych, Kyiv region.
Start of the competition - April 20, 2019 (Saturday)
Distances: 5 km, 10 km and semi-marathon (21.097 km), road surface - asphalt, the competition is individual. Competition among teams of nuclear industry companies is held as well.

 

COMPETITION PROGRAM

Formal opening of the competition– 10:30
Mass start – 11:00
Lunch for non-resident sportsmen – 12:00 – 14:30
Awarding of winners and runners-up – 14:45 – 16:00

 

PARTICIPANTS AND AGE GROUPS

Participants aged 16 and older not having medical or any other contraindications are allowed to participate in 21 km running competition.
Everybody over 6 years old wishing to participate are allowed to take the distances of 5 and 10 km.
Each participant is responsible for his health state during the competition.

Age groups:

For the distances of 5 and 10 km

- men: up to 14 incl., 15-17, 18-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and over
- women: up to 14 incl., 15-17, 18-34, 35-44, 45-54, 55-64, 65 and over

For semi-marathon

- men: 16-18, 19-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 and over
- women: 16-18, 19-34, 35-44, 45-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 and over

 

AWARDING

Winners and runners-up in each distance in overall standing among men and women are awarded certificates, medals and prizes. Winners and runners-up in age groups are awarded certificates and medals.

• Overall for 21 km: top rank – 1000 UAH, second – 800 UAH, third – 500 UAH
• Overall for 10 km: top rank – 600 UAH, second – 400 UAH, third – 200 UAH
• Overall for 5 km: top rank – 400 UAH, second – 250 UAH, third – 150 UAH
• Masters (women over 60 years old, men - over 65 years old) get money prizes

 

ENTRY FEE

• Adults (from 16 years old) – 189 UAH till 01.04.2019; and 221 UAH from 02.04.2019 till 10.04.2019
• Old-age pensioners, liquidators of the 2^nd category – – 88 UAH till 01.04.2019, and 112 UAH from 02.04.2019 till 10.04.2019
• Children up to 15 years old inclusive, liquidators of the 1^st category – 45 UAH till 01.04.2019; and 50 UAH from 02.04.2019 till 10.04.2019

Return of entry fee without explanation is allowed till 01.04 inclusive, after stop of registration - in case of illness with a sick note from a doctor.

The entry fee includes:

• Bib number with a microchip for automatic logging (for those having registered till 01.04.2019, the bib number will be personalized)
• Exclusive medal for competition finishers
• A distinctive booklet on history of Slavutych and the race
• Water points every 5 km and at the finish

 

REGISTRATION OF PARTICIPANTS AND DISTRIBUTION OF BIB NUMBERS

Online registration of participants on https://vseprobegi.org/ from 10:00 on 27.02.2019 till 18:00 on 10.04.2019.

Distribution of bib numbers will take place in Slavutych on April 19 from 15:00 to 19:00 and on April 20 from 08:00 to 10:15
